"I know that dealing with insurance can be annoying and even painful at times, but thankfully my experience with Jessica's agency has been anything but! I have worked with each person in the office (Kimberly, Annie, Chloe, Daniel, & Jessica herself) and each and every one of them has been very kind, friendly, and helpful. Because of their thoroughness and determination to get my family the best coverage possible, I found out that we were able to save $100 a month on our current policy by adding some extra coverage. Yes, you read that right…I SAVED MONEY by getting EXTRA INSURANCE. No joke. We have our auto, life, and renter's policies through them now (you save more money when you bundle things). I know that isn't going to be the case for every individual depending on what your insurance needs are, but rest assured that this team knows what they are doing and will work hard to get you the best rates. Other insurance companies may have cheaper quotes than State Farm in general, but the saying that you get what you pay for is very true. Jessica’s team will make sure that you know what you are getting and help you understand your coverage so that when the stuff hits the fan, you aren't scrambling and wishing you had a better policy. They bend over backwards and you can tell they are not just a business, they are a family that treats their customers like family. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A well deserved 5 stars!!"

As most people know, we millennials have chronic phone anxiety and being able to text Ben with all my questions and receive thorough answers was great! (Kidding about the phone anxiety… sort of. 👀 But it was still very convenient as it let me go at my own pace throughout the week and workday). Thank you for your help, Ben!
